Rooms are nice. Front desk was friendly. I wish there were bags in the trash can. And some sort of breakfast would be nice. But the staff was friendly, room was clean, fridge and microwave. And they do allow service animals. Also I’m a tough critic. This is a nice place to stay and affordable with friendly staff clean rooms

The rooms don’t look bad but they have pigeons living in the roof and every time you use the bathroom vent fan bird poop and bird feather fall all in the floor in front of the toilet. You can heard the pigeons crawling around above you all night sounding like big rats but you can hear the sounds and of pigeons. Some one will end up sick here from bird poop and filth from birds.

Had a great time! Had privacy and understanding. Glad to have stayed. P.s. and the pool and Jacuzzi were amazing!!! Top tier staff as well.

The light breakfast is a fruit bar from Walmart. Our card showed a pending charge which included the $50 deposit, which I expected, but after we left the full amount was still charged. The automated phone system says they’ll refund my deposit within 14 days. You don’t interact with people at the hotel or on the phone when dealing with this property.

Rooms are falling apart and customer service is bad. The price of room with how it it is not worth it. The ceiling has some water damage, carpet worn, dresser scuffed up. …unfortunately it looks run down. Customer service not very good, a bit combative. Hidden fees upon check in. When you ask any questions to the staff, the guy was very rude, and if questioned something would say, then don’t stay. If you just need a place to sleep it will do in a pinch but not going back here again. If you stay, recommend taking pictures of the room upon checking in for proof of damage was already there so you won’t get charged.

November/December 2025 - We stayed nearly two weeks in a deluxe two queen room and had a great time. The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom was not small at all. The view is the sun rises we're beautiful! Especially during the balloon rally. There were minor maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly and efficiently. They won't know something is wrong unless it's addressed, right? They were very kind and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids amd we managed to find pool toys on clearance at the local stores. The only issue that I feel needs to be fixed is the washer and dryer. They are priced good at $2 each but our clothes came out wet and the dryer wasn't able to dry them properly. Housekeeping staff were excellent and very nice. Shout out to them for being great. The location was great. There is a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree within a minute of driving, there is a Popeye's, KFC, Maverik, many Speedways, Denny's, Dick's BBQ, local restaurants, and plenty of fast food options within 5 minutes. There are a couple of grocery stores within 5-8 minutes West of there as well. There's hiking at the nearby Red Rock State Park. The freeway entrance is close as well and the Firerock Casino is about 10 minutes away. If you've never been there before, there is freeplay with new sign-ups and also a shuttle to take you there and back from the hotel. There are no bars or clubs nearby and I think the closest bar would be at the casino. We will be staying here in the future again when we come back to visit family again. Thank for the great stay!

I was really happily surprised! I've been so disappointed for the last several years at the condition and price escalate past value. This was a really big, clean, comfortable room at a good price. Great staff completed the it for me. Great place, I'll stop again

The hotel is beyond fabulous. Staff is extremely helpful. We were in one of the suites and it was exceptional. I loved it, with the exception, on route 66 you are right close to the railroad tracks and lots of trains go by. The room sees to keep much of the noise out.

This place is a joke. If you're looking to hook up with somebody and just be out the next morning, this is the place for you. The hotel rooms are falling apart. The ceilings are being held with hot glue and mold. The staff is virtual and won't even greet you, they do everything through a camera and a TV. There was no breakfast even though their website states that they have a continental breakfast and the place smells like curry. Do not bring your family here The health inspectors needs to perform and audit of this place.

Very accommodating, our King room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The negative aspects; bathroom shower head needs to be replaced and the TV was maybe to small or due to distance from the bed it just wasnt what it should be for the room size. Inside facilities were decent, no wait time, came in and was instantly helped. Pool was nice, spa was rough and needs some work. Overall affordable, comfortable, and rooms were very clean!
