Had a wonderful stay here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left our jackets, and they offered to mail them to us! Called them on Monday, had our jackets by Thursday! That is phenomenal customer service, above and beyond expectation! The room was very large, super clean and the bed was perfect! Breakfast was wonderful as well! They provided a large variety of options, from, eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, cold cereal and milk, a variety of yogurt flavors, muffins, donuts! Many hot and cold options of food! They also have a laundry room! I highly recommend staying there if you are ever in Gallup, Nm! All 5 stars from me!

Great location and wonderful room. They even fulfilled my online requests for the first floor and for extra towels in my room before I arrived. They are very accommodating for pets, and have a nice fenced in pet area. It is all rocks, so be prepared for that if your pup prefers grassy areas. There is a train that went by in the evening, but we only saw the one. The included breakfast is good. We checked in online, which was very easy, so all that we needed to do was initial and sign their pet form to get our room keys. Thank you! It’s definitely our go to hotel when we travel through Gallup, NM.

My family and I stopped here for a 1 day stay to get rest for the long journey that we was on. Very beautiful, super clean. Front desk was so nice and very helpful. Other guest was nice. The cleaning staff was very nice and greeted us throughout our stay. When we were leaving they greeted us and told us to have a safe journey and more. I never been to a hotel with such great hospitality and very clean. They had great breakfast also!

Our stay was short and suite! The location is perfect for traveling. It’s right off Interstate 40 W on the historical Route 66. The lobby isn't very impressive, however the rooms are clean and a nice size. The best part of this La Quinta was the king sized bed!!! Like sleeping on a cloud. It was one of the BEST beds we have ever slept on. To say it's comfortable is an understatement. We actually got a great night's sleep. Even the pillows felt good on my neck, and I am super picky with pillows because I have neck issues. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was adequate with a nice variety of food choices. We would definitely return to this location. Thank you La Quinta!

This place is great if you are traveling with dogs. They have a fenced in dog relief area that is very secure so you can let your dog off leash. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable with a plush mattress topper! The breakfast was a good as can be expected for a free hotel breakfast, many choices, hot and cold.

Great stay with our dogs on our roadtrip. The location is very convenient off the I-40 and Gallup was much quieter than Albuquerque. This location was next to some food options that were within walking distance and a pretty big gas station/convenience store. The only downside is that there is NO grass anywhere around for your dogs if they are not used to that. There is a fenced in potty area right next to the side entrance of the hotel that was very convenient to have. The room was very spacious and had minimal carpeting only on one part. Even though we were right in front of the elevator we didn’t hear any noise or disturbances all night. We would gladly stay here again if we needed to!

Love the beds and pillows. Clean rooms. We had a king on Christmas day then returned the 27th because we liked it. The bathroom area is decorated nicely with a large lighted mirror. The train can be annoying early but towards bedtime it gets quieter. There is a fenced pet area but our dog is scared to go in them. Someone stated on here that their room smelled awful. Everything was nice and clean.

The place was well clean and comfortable. My husband and I loved how comfortable the bed was and how easy check in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and had alot of space. Only 2 things that was a bit of a downer was the bathroom door couldn't fully close all the way and the couch had alot of fur and dander from the previous dogs. But the place was really nice. Will book here again if ever in New Mexico. :)

The location was safe and I loved my pet friendly suite. The breakfast is just OK, but the friendly staff does a great job of keeping hot food stocked even when I shared the hotel with a literal football team of hungry children. We also shared the indoor pool area with said kids and it was well kept. The hot tub was pleasant. There was a fenced in rock floor pet area with dog bags available and I stayed with 2 large german shepherd dogs who were accommodated here. I would however advise staying away from Turquoise Canyon next door. Go to Perry Null, or Richardson trading post instead.

Check in was very fast and efficient. The room and bathroom were beautiful! Super clean. The small, dog relief area was a pleasant bonus for our cross-country trip. Breakfast selection was standard but very good. The biscuits are soft! I have family coming the same route soon and making sure they stay there too.
