Don't stay here! Our room was around the back and the parking spots barely fit a small car! Forget about it if you have an SUV! Checked in and was charged. Got into room and no refrigerator or microwave! The front desk said we only offer that for a king room and I only have 2 beds! Very bad place to stay and rude people!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Front staff were nice. shower was great!

Wasn't cleaned at all. Hair everywhere! Pet hair on the bed comforter Woman hair on the ground (dirty floors) Hair on the bed sheets (different) Hair on the pillows! Hair on the "clean" bath towels!! I felt bad for the reception as she was over run ... Fulled out a customer satisfaction survey and no follow up so here I am. Should have walked out but was so tired.. Definitely not cleaned by "Angie " 10 days earlier....

Booked an ADA room via the Motel 6 app, room did not match the images provided online. The room was supposed to be equipped with a large, handicap friendly bathtub. Instead, it was equipped with a dirty, somewhat fallen apart walk-in shower. The room itself wasn't horrible. The TV worked, fridge/microwave, and A/C/heating worked as well. The hot water was very inconsistent and did not get "hot", moreso warm. Housekeeping was very intrusive. The lady gave approximately 3 seconds after knocking before attempting to enter my door, then yelling "Sorry!" The man who checked me in was very kind and professional. Props to him. The WiFi at this location is surprisingly horrible. It's spotty and fails every 5 minutes, requiring you to sign back in numerous times. Same goes for mobile reception, it's very spotty at this location for some reason. Possibly due to leaded paint on the walls. In conclusion: This location wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay again.

Arlene deserves a raise. That woman saved our whole night. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Woman in the morning was nice as well! I hope all your employees are like those 2!

The room is passable for the price range we paid. It’s very convenient off I-40. It is dog friendly. The biggest draw back is the room is heavily perfumed with air fresheners. The service is excellent very friendly and helpful!

Clean room and bathroom. But I had to take off two stars because sadly the housekeeper didn't double check before closing it up. The room was a double bed which normally means at least 4 ppl which alsoeans four of everything TOWELS, RAGS, HAND TOWELS, but nope only 1 trowel 1 rag and 1 hand towel and plus no bar soap to wash my hands after I used the bathroom. Housekeeping please always double check before ya leave the room !! I was a head housekeeper so I know how it works. I try to help y'all at every motel we stay at by taking up the towels and rolling up together and same with bed sheets, so it makes it a lil easier for y'all. Cleaning takes time. The room next to us had tv on and up so loud we couldn't hear the TV in our room .

Absolutely excellent staff, knowledgeable about area. Great parking for handicapped accessible rooms. Beds seem too high & person in wheelchair would not be able to adjust climate controls. It would be great to have small light in bathroom without fan going. Room very clean, comfortable. The TV remote is not very useful. No station guide provided, or instructions how to use remote. Hangers too high for wheelchair bound. But room was great, accessible and if needed had connecting room for nurse attendant. Very pet friendly.

I stayed here twice heading to and from a long road trip. Rooms were clean, staff was nice and had no issues with my vehicle. I was worried as I have a cargo bag atop and a rear cargo carrier. No issues. Price is great and I stay at Motel 6 because they allow pets.

So we got there and the room smelt of cannabis the floors were nasty. My husband took a shower and walked around on the floor and his feet was dirty. Hair in bathroom sink, bath room floor nasty! Not enough towels and wash cloths. I had to walk to front desk and get extra towels and wash cloths. Need to really work on that housekeeping! Mattress was uncomfortable along with pillows.
