False advertising “pool & hot tub”. When asked where the hot tub was, front desk staff said “we no longer have a pool or hot tub” and proceeded to help the next guest. Here’s an idea - fix your listing or offer a discount to the guest who did not get what they were paying for? Front desk lady had no personality & zero customer service skills and was rude from the beginning of the checkout. No elevator so I had to dig through suitcase in the parking lot to get what I needed for the night. I woke up to four bites (not sure what got me while sleeping in that room, but something bit me) on my chest. Positives were the location (very convenient), the morning staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was okay. Overall, the experience was not what I had paid or hoped for.

The space was clean and the check in was great. The desk was staffed with polite people. Breakfast had a made to order omelet bar. I would stay again for a single night stay.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Omelette's available, waffle etc coffee. Gym, no pool no spa, Only issue we had was room next door people were smoking in non smoking room, which smoke came in our room, told hotel staff.

The amount of hair in our room was disgusting. The sheets and towels all had hair on them. Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9:30 and attempted to open the door while I was in the shower (good thing I had the latch flipped). There was a do not disturb sign out when they knocked and tried to come in. I requested late checkout so I should have been good until 12... well around 11:20 the cleaning ladies came by again to see if they could get into my room. There was only about 3 minutes of hot water when you showered and even during those 3 minutes it kept going cold then hot again. When I went to check-out no one was at the front desk.

We LOVED this place - the rooms were CLEAN - lots of updates and the service was outstanding. This maybe known as an older hotel but it holds its own. Nestled amongst other "high doller locations" the value here is apparent. We appreciated finding this place, had a great nights sleep, saved big bucks, and loved the omelettes!!!

We had a beautiful night stay at this place. The morning breakfast made my day. A beautiful lady was there to make omelettes right in front of us just the way we need it to be. Coffee tasted so good. Biscuits, sausage and gravy were delicious. Overall experience very satisfied!!!

Could the hotel use some renovations? Yes. Is the location kinda scuffed? Also yes. Is this place still a great value? Definitely. Checked all my boxes. Staff was nice. Made-to-order omelettes were a nice bonus. This location does have a fitness room, which was appreciated.

Easily checked in after a long day on the road. I like the way the hallway of rooms was offset from the through-way leading to the front desk. Added a bit of separation and quieted the ambiance. Room was clean and orderly, and no complaints Breakfast was perfect, with a sizable selection for all guests. 10/10.

Having staff make made to order omelets made up for the elevator not working, the pool being closed, and having a car sized hole in the side of the building. I wish the morning staff would have told the group of bikers who also stayed the night to not take more than an hour of revving their motorcycles on and off. We stayed here after finding hotels in ABQ to be either very expensive or very sketch. I was so impressed with this hotel. Very simple, but that's all we needed. It's a little dated, but it's clear they are doing the best they can with what they have. I respect that very much! The made-to-order omelettes were a surprising and fantastic touch! I would stay here again without hesitation.
