The website photos are very misleading and are not accurate for this location. The breakfast was less than average. No fruit, only powdered creamers. Very limited options with the Highlight being waffles. And I had difficulty getting the waffle dispenser to work and waited to have the bag replaced. Very disappointing to see pictures that we're terribly inaccurate. The lobby dining area was extremely small with only four small tables. The exterior of the facility needed upkeep. The housekeeper however was delightful. I know she was trying her best.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and felt it offered excellent value for the price. We paid $60 per night (July 15), which was a great deal. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and a very clean bed. It included everything needed for a convenient stay: a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were included, and both were perfectly adequate. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is a big advantage for travelers with animals. The location is excellent, right off the highway. About 200 meters away there is a Tesla Supercharger, a regular gas station, a 7-Eleven, and a convenience store where you can buy not only hot dogs but also fresh soup, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, and other ready-to-eat meals. The hotel itself is large, well maintained, and has a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus after a long drive. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again on a future road trip.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. I’m a repeat customer so far the rooms have been clean. The location has little choices near by, with the lack there of we still feel comfortable and safe to stay at this location.

Run down and in need of a lot of updating. The room we had was at the back of the hotel and there’s a train track right there that runs day and night. The highway is also nearby. The noise from both made it difficult to sleep. The room itself was average with a full sized bed. The ac worked well but was loud. The people at the front death are nice. The pool is out of service. The fitness room was miserable. The ac didn’t work in there.

Updated: I had booked and paid through Priceline- when I arrived the clerk said my card had been declined, which I thought was fishy but I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep so I let her run my card. I have been charged by Priceline, as well. So I was charged over $130 for a night at this absolute dump. BEWARE!! This place will scam you!! As far as the actual stay goes: We arrived exhausted after a long day of travel, to be greeted by an unfriendly woman at the counter. We spent a miserable night, tossing and turning, due to the stifling warm room. With the a/c on lowest setting, we still never achieved a comfortable temperature. It was a Sunday night, and neighboring guests partied until after 4am. If you need rest, try somewhere else!

Stayed here for the night when traveling through Gallup. Was not expecting much due to the price, but the rooms were extremely well-maintained (Its not the Ritz, but a lot higher quality than your average roadside budget motel), and I got some good rest here. No problems checking in around 2:30 AM. The fact that breakfast is included here is insane! I only paid like 40 bucks to stay!

I am a person who writes reviews based on if I felt like I got good service based on the price I paid. This place is a good price. The room was clean and had no problems. Breakfast was waffles, toast, coffee, and a few simple cereals. Nothing super fancy, but you will be fed. WiFi worked for me to take my online test. The front desk people were great.

The room is clean, updated and very nice. The bed is comfortable and the AC works great. Fridge does not have a freezer space but is clean, large and works. Small microwave and coffee in the room. Bathroom is very clean and a great shower. Unfortunately it is right next to a very loud interstate and an even louder and busy train track. The noise is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

Rooms are reasonable. Beds are comfortable, has all you need. We always choose Red Roif Inn in Gallup, New Mexicio. Only issue was that the shower was hard to turn on.

The room was fine for a one-night stay. Pros: Access to I40 Fridge and microwave and TV Clean Comfortable bed Heater worked well Convenient parking Cons: Only outlet that worked was in the bathroom; neither one by the bed worked No Kleenex, only TP Pillows stained and in bad shape Allergies kicked up, probably a dog or cat slept in the bed previously. I’d recommend having some pet-free rooms available.
