The staff were nice and friendly upon arrival. The rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

At first, I was a little skeptical. The room was very clean but most certainly outdated, even though the exterior of the motel was very updated. Well, let me tell you, when we crawled into the bed it was pure bliss! We were very surprised at how comfortable the sheets, the pillows, and the bed were. In fact, we talked about how much we liked this motel on our entire trip. We also enjoyed their breakfast very much. We'll definitely stay again.

Front desk is AMAZING! I believe her name was Audrey! She was so helpful and kind and very patient which goes a long way for tired travelers! Really giving five stars bc of her! The room was good and the bed was comfy but the shower could be hotter! Would probably give the hotel itself 3-4 stars

Sorry! I posted the wrong review for this hotel. We stayed at another hotel right before this one and that review was for them. This hotel was awesome! The staff was super friendly & the room was very clean and it was a great value!!

The room was not as nice and clean as the pictures on the website, but that might be because we traveled with a dog? The staff was not that friendly other than the gal Kaitlyn, who was working the front desk when we checked in. She was great! The breakfast was decent and there’s a lot of room to sit to have breakfast, but the room to get the food was very narrow and awkward/uncomfortable due to how many people were in there at one time. There was plenty of hot water and the Location was great! I just expected more for the amount of money paid, but then we did travel during a Pickleball tournament lol

We had car trouble on the freeway and unexpectedly needed to stay the night. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Would stay here again if passing through this way again.

Great staff, location, price and comfort. Next time I am in Gallup, I will stay in the Quality Inn & Suites. The price was much lower than IHG and the breakfast was tasty. If I had to make one recommendation for improvement, it would be different pillows.

if you can, dont stay here. not clean. all the comforters and sheets had so many stains on them, the bathroom had hairs all over. pretty sure the hair conditioner was just filled with the hand lotion. the door didnt shut all the way, and it was so loud! we had a first level room and could hear every noise from upstairs. not to mention the people in the parking lot- and every sound from the highway. we thought convenience- but probably would have been quieter sleeping in the car. wont be back.

The pool and hot tub are OPEN as of this stay. We had to call every hotel in Gallup to confirm whether the ADVERTISED pool and hot tub were operational. If this is important to you you need to call ahead. The breakfast was great as well. Rooms need maintenance and upgrades, but the amenities were good.

The place is worth attention. Located close to highway. Large, comfortable, and most importantly clean rooms. For a 10-day long trip, we enjoyed staying in this hotel for the first time. The price is excellent. For little money, we got an excellent room. We paid $125 for 2 nights ,2 beds pet friendly room. We thank everyone who is involved in organizing the vacation for travelers. Highly recommended if you want to get perfect rest.
