We had the Best Stay the both times we've stayed with them during our road trip to New Mexico and on our way back home to Cali. Plus this Establishment is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & would Definitely Recommend anyone to Stay. They have a Gym, Laundry, Continental Breakfast (great food choices) & indoor pool (was closed on our visit).
Most choice hotel bed are hard as rock, anyone got shoulder issues form their used beds file complaints with the BBB, FTC and one else. Choice Hotels and Comfort Inn needs to at least get some comfortable beds. choice Hotels needs to be sued. We at least couldve gotten some extra sleep but I got banned for being upset over alarms blaring loud to get everyone out of the motel purposely. Whomever the woman was there staring she was the assistant manager seriously cpuldnt deal with people in anyway and the manager, omg. Choice Hotels needs to go. Hopefully Trump takes over the brand to better.
Rooms were very clean, good pillows. Breakfast was nice. Bobby at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay there again!
Unfortunately they could not refund a night that we did not stay here due to a schedule change on our end. As a Gold member that was headed towards an even higher ranking I feel let down by this decision. Otherwise this hotel has hard working staff, great complimentary breakfast (the eggs and coffee are perfect), clean facility and a way access to the interstate and Cracker Barrel. You could walk to the mall and even The Oasis restaurant (I recommend eating there). I probably shouldn’t say too much, since I’d like there to be available rooms next time I book.
We drove in late from a very long trip and just needed a little rest. The staff was polite and helpful. Check in was pretty quick and easy. The lobby and hall is awesome. Love the tributes to our military. Loved it. The rooms are a little in need of refresh. Furniture worn out a bit and I am not sure those are actually queens but the room and bathroom were very clean, the parking felt safe, and the rest of the staff very friendly. Hot shower with great water pressure always a perk! We did encounter a rather rude morning counter clerk but we were on our way and let it slide. All in all we'd likely stay here again if the need ever presented. We were a little late and didn't get breakfast but it smelled good.

The location for this hotel was perfect for what we needed. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and gas stations near the hotel. It was undergoing some renovations but it wasn't a big deal. The staff was absolutely nice and very helpful. The door latch to the room was missing the plate but other than that it was a nice stay.
This hotel is under going renovation so be patient. The room door strike plate was missing so it was a little hard getting into the room. The view was nice. The TV channels were few and far between. The staff were absolutely ? % satisfactory and went above and beyond and for that i am grateful. Location was not too bad. Close to stores and gas stations and restaurants.
Our stay was honestly very comfortable and cozy. It was only one night but we had everything we needed and actually felt safe, despite the part of town the hotel is in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. AC worked great! Wish the lighting in the room wasn’t bright white, but I adjusted. Breakfast was mid, but that’s to be expected. Some rooms were under renovation it seemed, but ours was great. We’ll definitely be staying again next time we’re in town.
Rooms were great, however the service started off great and turned all the way around. We had to make an emergency visit due to the passing of a family member. We had no time to make a reservation so we called ahead before arriving and explained the situation and they were great said we would be charged a one time fee for checking in early which we were happy to pay as we hadn’t slept All night trying to arrive on time for the funeral (mind you it was 6am THURSDAY keep that in mind) we arrived lady was super helpful and gave us a room for the night which was $140 we planned to leave Friday to which she told us we would be checking out Friday 11am. So we get to our room unload everything get ready for our family gathering, we get to the funeral MID FUNERAL we get a call asking why we didn’t check out and why our stuff was still in the room. We had told them it was confirmed we were leaving Friday we were even told twice our checkout was Friday 11am. Lady proceeded to say that apparently if we check in after 3 am we have to check out the same day??? But we payed $60 for EARLY CHECK IN which doesn’t that mean we were supposed to stay there a whole night that we payed for?? (Mind you it was 12pm when we received the call) she kept explaining that, that’s not how it works and we we understood the other lady wrong? We told her we clearly heard her say FRIDAY 11am it’s still Thursday? We basically payed $200 to stay for 5 HOURS?? 5!!! What was the point of paying the $60 fee to check in early if we couldn’t stay overnight? We would have showed up at 3 pm and would’ve been able to stay overnight? Doesn’t make any sense. Manager comes out and proceeds to say it’s policy and if you check in early you have to leave the same day? Makes no sense I think something fishy is going on here and they are definitely scamming people!! Don’t waste your money we had to cut the funeral short and miss the reception because they said we had a certain amount of time to collect our things or else we would have to extend our stay and pay ANOTHER $140. Makes no sense please don’t waste your time here
