We stayed overnight after visiting a road trip, visiting Chaco Culture NHP and on our way home to AZ. This is a big hotel. I could see its glorious days in the past. Rooms are renovated and very comfortable. We stayed here for free using Wyndham Rewards Points but even you pay for it, it's a great great value for overnight stay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it for our future road trip. There is a $2.5 charge from the city of Gallup.

Old bldg but they are trying to keep it up. Except for needed weather stripping around the door to my room, very comfortable. Beds are good. Fridge in my room. WiFi available but not good. I don't usually care about WiFi, but T-Mobile data phone was poor here, too. Breakfast included. Look for deep discounts during the week (maybe $45?).

The rooms seemed nice and like the design but the $100 deposit is a bit extreme and every time I look out the window I see the metal statues look very nice but made me think someone was there and the breakfast was somewhat nice and they have cereal another thing was just seeing the pool is out of service and you need a key to use the workout room and workout room is very spacious just a few treadmills and other gym equipment but anyone hardly use it felt a bit lonely and somewhat strange idk what else to say felt like this hotel was thriving back when it first open idk when but now it just looks sad and on the other side of the building I see the police patrolling something along with GALLUP PD public assistance doing something on the east side of the building idk what was going on but it made rethink about staying here again!! With the pressure of keeping the room tidy and clean fearing that I won't get my deposit back was something else but otherwise the front desk lady was cool about it but idk if I will ever stay here again because of the deposit could be thriving hotel if they had a pool and restaurant with it but idk I did like the fact they had DirecTV and the beds were soft made me sleep right away.

Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, which made the stay feel warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Room was clean. The service was great. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The price was reasonable. The hallways were cold but the room was warm.

The room was clean and adequate for one night, the water was hot and the tub drained. It breakfast wasn't the greatest but was edible. The room could use some attention since the wall hangings were not straight, hut that was just an observation. I didn't like the $100 deposite they don't refund until they check the room for damage or theft. May try and find a different place next time.

Super easy to get in and out. Great place to stay. However, I will say. You cannot turn on the AC whatsoever, there was no gauge telling you what temperature it was or any other indication. You can also not open the windows. I was trying to cool down the room and could not get it to work. This also would be nice to have if you’re just trying to have white noise such as the fans running. Most hotels I’ve been to have this feature. Also, the door handles lift up, not down. Super bizarre. Never seen this in my life. Unless they’re on upside down.

Super affordable nightly rate (we got $41 with tax from Priceline) and they allow the $100 deposit to be made in cash or on a card. Making it in cash is very helpful since we were on a long road trip and it was great to get the deposit back as we left versus waiting 3-5 days. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. I appreciate this hotel as they are trying to make improvements. I noticed at check in they were putting fresh paint in the lobby bathrooms, for example. While it is an older property, management is making efforts to spruce things up. One quite unusual aspect was the steampunk metal statues in the lobby. Made for an interesting style. They offer free breakfast however we left before they had it out.

We tried to rent for the night. There is a $100 deposit that should be listed on the website. When we ask for our money back the worker said he couldn't cancel the reservation and to call back in the morning. It is a Friday night. Doubt there will be supervisors in on Saturday. We are Wyndham reward members the last 15 years. Smh. So better for the travelers. Free cancellation, hopefully this is true.

If you are okay with an older style hotel this one is a nice place to rest your head n take a shower they do require a $100 deposit cash or card to insure you do NOT stain the towels n linen n stuff like that. It has a small breakfast area with just enough to start your morning off. This is a decent place and affordable and no riff raff going on..! And loved the humungous metal art sculpture in their huge lobby and they are for sale, if only I had a mansion to put them in
